Daniel Cobb did an excellent job of selling our flat, for a sold price that exceeded the asking price recommended by a couple of their competitors. They kept the process on track in spite of numerous obstacles beyond their control. Often estate agents come with a patina of corporate slime, but Ian Boardman in particular is genuinely engaging and friendly.

My partner and I were first time buyers and we found Ian and Seweryn wonderful to work with. They were responsive, patient with our questions and nothing was ever to much trouble. Technically they represented the sellers though we found them always to be fair and really acted for both the sellers and us as buyers.
