The best experience I've ever had with a comparable company. They have managed my flat (I was the tenant) in Edinburgh for 4 years and have always been impeccable: quick to respond, easy to reach out to, polite, helpful. I never had a single problem with them.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company especially Natalie Cotton and Lauren Edmond. Lauren was very helpful with Agreement's arrangement and invoice, Natalie was a key person to get all answers very promptly, solve problems very clearly and in a good manner. It was not very easy for them too as we were clients from abroad with a limited possibility to go to the viewings. Anyway, all in all our experience is very nice;

Had a lot of trouble with other letting agents since moving to Edinburgh from Manchester as we came unemployed and rejected any offers we made, but DJ Alexander were always professional, personable and reliable at every viewing and very helpful over the phone when booking viewings. Evie Hunter showed us round numerous flats over the last three week making it a personal mission to find us a place before we were kicked out of our Airbnb. She is an absolute diamond and a Godsend.
