Don't trust this agency. The staff may appear friendly, but in general they just care about getting the commission fast even though it might mean underselling your property. They pretended to know the edinburgh market and made a lot of inexperienced mistakes which cost me a lot of money and wasted time. A)they took terrible pictures of my flat, leading to no interest for a month. They had to take the pictures again. B) they kept me out of espc C) they did bare minimum effort viewings, leading to poor interest. D) they forced me to undersell last minute because rightmove told them to. E) they didn't inform me well about sales particulars, which costed me a lot of stress and time in the end. F)they didn't even thank me. My advice: get a more expensive agency that knows what they are doing and knows the market well.
