Very very bad agency, with rude staff, manly the lady i dont know her name but very disgusting behaviour, They doest care your house problem, only always promises, need to beg for my 60 pound which is more. have to report this agency everywhere

Best services provided in Ilford and surrounding areas. Staff are very helpful. Property inspection was carried out professionally and was given advise on what additional work was required before renting out the property. These guys are very professional and well recommended. Rent paid out on the date as promised. Maz

Never seen a worse state agent seriously Your house could be on the verge of collapsing and they will take 6 months to fix something. If I could give -5 star I would they don't deserve 1 star

Informed the agents at 12 pm a contractor came by and left the toilet damaged and it's not useable. It's now almost 12 am and our toilet is still out of use. That's 12 hours without a toilet. Apparently it was noted as an emergency and they'll get back within the day. This isn't the first time we've had a lovely timely response and excellent miscommunication. Its what happens all the time. Wonder what they do at the office. Maybe it's time to visit in person. After all we do need to use the toilet. I'm sure they'll allow us theirs.
