Frances has always been prompt in her communication with me. She is organised and understanding. Any issue is dealt with and sorted out at the earliest. Frances was very helpful in getting us to settle in when we just moved into the property. The tenancy renewal process has always been smooth and quick. When we left, we had no issues in receiving the refund of our deposit. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Chapels properties.
