If you are interested in a property, our sales team will arrange a suitable time and date agreed between both parties for the viewing. You will be accompanied by the sales negotiator who will show you around the property and answer any questions you may have about the property.

Tenants Guide

You should inform us two months prior to the end of your tenancy to allow enough time to arrange all the related administration. Contact info@hiltons-estates.com or more information. Once the check-out has been conducted, the property has been cleaned to a satisfactory standard and Hiltons Estates has received instructions regarding the deposit from the landlord, the money will be returned to your account, less any agreed deductions. If your question is still not answered, please contact your Property Manager directly or Hiltons Estates branch.

It is a legal requirement to thoroughly check a tenant's right to rent a property in the UK. All prospective tenants over 18 years of age must be checked. Hiltons Estates can organise a professional cleaning for your property before the tenants move in. Plus we can arrange a check in/out-service for a fee.
