Poor experience. I tried to book a viewing through an agent but he was very slow and unresponsive and eventually ended up not responding to my queries. Made me waste a week and is just unprofessional behaviour overall. Made me think twice about proceeding with H&B because if I was to be a tenant I'd like to have agents that are responsive and considerate if I'm to stay in one of their managed properties. Would avoid this agency if I were you.

Sam was very friendly and seems genuinely interested in our conversation. He was very efficient and showed me nearby properties aside from the initial viewing. He was patient and professional I felt so comfortable that I was able to deposit a holding deposit the same day without much though. Eventually the moving date was delayed due to COVID-19 and I didn't want to continue and the rest of the staff was very professional about it they followed up to see if I still wanted it three times and phone me to confirm that I didn't it when I decided not to proceed. The agent even gave me the email to contact the sales team for my refund on the holding deposit without any explanation or complaints.
