Henry Graham Estate Agents handled the sale of my rental property. The service was absolutely top quality both from the team of estate agents but also from Henry himself who handled the evaluation personally. Once we had decided to sell, HG had a high quality brochure produced and the property on the market in record time. Throughout the whole process they kept in constant communication including sending email updates each time a viewing was booked or an offer received. Henry also provided good advice about changes to be made to the property to maximize the resell value. The property sold at a higher price that what we expected and in record time. I would certainly use Henry Graham again and would recommend them to anyone.
