Booked a viewing a a property via email and on arrival was told it was the property had been sold earlier that day. They messed up the booking but didn't phone us to tell us anything was wrong. We had driven 45mins to get to the viewing too. Very disappointed and the communication in general throughout was very poor. I hope there are no other properties we like that they are instructing. It would make me think twice about even viewing the property and certainly wouldn't use them to sell my house
