I wouldn't usually leave bad reviews, but I am disappointed that because a house has 24 viewings booked they cannot let anyone else view the property. You could potentially be losing Vendors money by refusing further bookings. I could potentially make a higher offer than the others. Vendors should know that they may not be possibly getting the best offer and accepting less for houses if this estate agent is refusing to let anyone else view a property. Amateur. I thought I put this here incase someone considers having their property sold by children.

The team at Cheshunt branch of Christopher Stokes were fantastic throughout the sale. Even through the difficult period of COVID lockdowns they did not stop trying to find buyers and kept me updated at all times, even if there was not much to update with at the time. Mario, Polly and Amy were notable in all their efforts and the dedication and care to the customer they show in both selling and buying a property is fantastic. My experience with Christopher Stokes was exemplary in all respects.

If you want to work with an agent who will work hard to achieve the best price for your property and keep you regularly updated along the way, Christopher Stokes are the agent to choose. We met with 5 local estate agents and Christopher Stokes stood out for us because they are straight to the point and well versed in their knowledge of the local area. More importantly, they provided a service that was promised right through to the day of completion. I strongly recommend them if you want to sell your property!
