A great local agency who are friendly, professional and know their market well. We've had a few bumps along the way with our house sale; however, Hawkesford has not been a problematic element and the team in Southam worked very hard to sort issues out, often being very patient with ever changing circumstances and less than professional behaviour from other parties, keeping their cool and focusing on selling our house. I would thoroughly recommend.

Selling a 1 bed flat with vacant possession, no chain and a reasonable price - what could be simpler? However the sale was hit by multiple offers that subsequently fell through. Hawkesford always stayed positive along the way with good advice and excellent communication. Their staff showed great understanding in dealing with the setbacks, finally getting the sale completed. Well done to Hawkesford.

Excellent agency! Since first viewing the property they have been professional and friendly to deal with. Any issues that have occurred with my rental they Hawkesford have been on the case, sending people over for inspections and quick to answer any emails I send. Sold my flat with Hawkesford, they went above and beyond offering a variety of services to help generate the sale in a tricky post-covid market for flats.
