I cant recommend Nick at Alternative Estates Sales & Lettings highly enough. I rented a flat through them in the Coventry city centre for nearly 3 years. I was very satisfied with their transparency and overall professionalism. Nick Green and his Team have guided me through the whole process with a professional and human approach. We used them for the whole service from selling our old house, arranging the viewings at a time suitable to me, dealing with the offers that we had received and offering very good advice, dealing with the mortgage for our new purchase and also everybody including solicitors within the chain
I can honestly say the service that we received was I believe way above and beyond what you could normally expect from another estate agent. personal service at its best and great value for money
Fortunately we have found our dream home so don't think we would need to use the service again, but if we did there would be no hesitation to go back to alternative

I am the Executor of my late sister estate and the job fell to me to sell her house in Drayton Crescent, Coventry. I live in Newbury so I needed an agent who would market and sell the house without being continuously pushed as I was remote. Having sold six houses in my life, I come with experience, mostly not great! By comparison, I thought Alternative Estates were excellent in all respects from advice on pricing, generation of literature, showing people the house, securing a sale, through to progressing the completion.
In particular, I liked the way they acted as project managers in progressing all the solicitors in the chain to finally get a completion date, successfully implemented on 18th December last year, just before Christmas. They even chased me. I never had to guess what was going on, they were really good communicators. I know it sounds to good to be true but they worked for me brilliantly. I am most grateful - good job done.

I've been a tenant with Alternative for just under five years and never once have had a problem when I've had to call them for anything. If anything has ever needed fixed or replaced they have always got it sorted as quick as possible with no fuss and kept me informed of what and who to expect in regards to dates and times for workmen coming to do the jobs. Annette (the lettings manager) is the biggest asset to the company without a doubt, she is uber-efficient, pleasant beyond belief, and delivers great customer service. Nick (the owner) I've not had many dealings with but is brilliant too and a nice guy.
I'll be leaving their property soon unfortunately and will be very sad that they will not be my landlord anymore. I've loved being a tenant of theirs and would urge anybody looking for a property to make Alternative their first port of call. If I ever move back to Coventry again they are the first agency I will go to! To Nick, Annette, John and the rest of the staff at Alternative, thankyou for such a great 5 years.
