Used them to sell. Kept lieing to me about the house being sold, when it wasn't. Only had a few viewings. Sacked them, and gave them 24 hours to remove their For Sale board. Went to another agent who sold my house in a few weeks. Please note. This was nearly 17 years ago.

Once you are out of the property they are not very prompt at giving your deposit back and then it will be the incorrect amount. We are still waiting but they are ignoring my emails and when I phone they say they paid it yesterday. This has been going on for months now and I am tired of their lies. It is a shame because they appeared so nice at first.
