Lex Allan Grove dealt with the sale of my Mother's house. My Mother had moved into a Care Home so it was an emotional sale. The staff were efficient and professional, but also compassionate and kind in their service. They kept in contact, updating me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Having just completed our family house sale with Lex Allan Grove we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff in the Halesowen office. from start to finish your service has been excellent always keeping us informed & answering any queries along the way. Extra special thanks to Dawn for her caring friendly & professional help & advice to ensure the sale went through smoothly at what has been a very emotional time for all the family so with Dawn's help & guidance she certainly made the process a very positive one. Each time I engage with Lex Allan it's just frustrating. I previously had my offer accepted on a property for it to fall though after months of delays and poor communication. Vendor and LA having different stories every time! I have recently booked a viewing to then have it cancelled but told it was unconfirmed?! I then re-book to then be told a few days later it would be cancelled as the vendor has accepted an offer. That's totally fine but maybe if my original booking had been fulfilled then maybe I wouldn't be left feeling frustrated.
