I'd highly recommend using Stevens to sell your home. Bill, Tom, Jordan and the whole team helped to take most of the stress out of the whole process. They were always happy to help, quick to respond, always answered any questions we had and of course, they managed to find a buyer for our property very quickly and got a price we didn't even consider possible initially! If you're selling your home, use Stevens!

When I was pregnant I was unsure if I should start the process of trying to sell my house with all the stress that came with it! But after receiving advice from Tom that the market was perfect for us to sell I took the plunge. Stevens sold my house in a week 22000 above what we thought we would get! Couldn't thank them more!

I had an amazing viewing on Saturday 5 February 2022, with an agent named Jordan. She was very informative, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave all the quick answers to all my concerns and questions. As i said, highly recommended and pleasure to work with and always on hand to assist. Its been an absolute pleasure and delight to work with Jordan and do hope to work again with her in the future. Ive had some awful experiences elsewhere with rival agents and agencies, but totally opposite here. Absolute 1st class all the way. Well done to all involved, really made my day.

We bought our new property through Stevens and we were very impressed with the service we received. At the start of the process we met with Jordan to view the property. She made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. She helped with us seeing the potential of the property, but at the same time we did not feel under any pressure. She really was great throughout the whole process. The Sales progression team were also very helpful.

There were problems with the start of the chain and everybody was so understanding and positive. When we completed the sale we were contacted by the Manager who offered helpful advice. On collection of the keys we met with Jordan who presented with a lovely gift box. We felt she was so pleased to be handing us our keys to our new home. Overall we had a very positive experience.

I have recently brought a flat in Repton Park and I couldn't thank Stevens estate agent and especially Bill Dane for how easy the process was. I was always kept in the loop with how everything was going and if I needed to do something I had missed. The process on the day of completion was very simply and Steven's even got a bottle of Prosecco and a goody box. Bill also came round to see me the next day to see how things were going and he brought a case of beer to congratulate me on the purchase. I once again can't thank them enough with how easy the whole process was and would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to use them.
