Been with Robinsons since 2016. From the first viewing throughout the tenancy they were always approachable and helpful. They work with highly skilled contractors and even during lockdown managed to fix all issues that should occur. Highly recommended.

Robinsons were helpful moving me into the flat but they did not have time to clean before I moved in which I understood and cleaned it myself. I even paid for my cooker to be professionally cleaned which cost me 65.00 Robinsons were very bad at returning or even taking my calls. They ignored emails. It was quicker To go directly through the landlord. When I needed to move out before my contract ended they charged me 500 to re advertise the flat, I paid this.

I was ringing regularly to get updates to see if they found a new tenant, once again my calls were ignored. When eventually they found a new tenant robinsons withheld 365 off my deposit saying the flat needed to be re decorated and cleaned. I am still asking for photos as evidence but once again robinsons are not taking my calls, ignoring my emails and have provided no evidence of cleaning or redecoration of the property. I WOULD NOT recommend robinsons. They are unresponsive, unhelpful and unprofessional.

I'd like to start off this review by saying THANK YOU to Robinsons. I have been in touch with 4 estate agents before contacting Robinson's estate agents, all to which were unhelpful and did not take me seriously due to my position, age and budget. After making an online enquiry on a property that I liked, I received a phone call from Jordan a few days following this, to discuss my property criteria (if the property I liked at the time was taken), budget, financial decision and location.

As I am a first time buyer, I wasn't sure on what the process was and what was expected of me. Jordan took time out of his day to walk me through the process, and made sure that I was happy with every offer and property choice that was made. Despite seeing the unfair minority of poor reviews that I've seen, I feel that it is only right for me to give my experience of Robinsons Estate Agents across. I have been on the lookout for my next property on the rental market for well over 2 years, and have continued to use Robinsons and stay in contact with Michael for any properties that meet my criteria. Although they are busy for a small organisation, Michael never fails to touch base with me, respond to calls and update me with any properties that could be a good match for me and my family.

Although I haven't found my next house YET, I cannot fault Robinsons for their continued support and persistence in trying to complete this difficult challenge of finding a rental property for myself (baring in mind how fussy I am!). Cheers guys, we will get there soon!

Hello. My name is Denise McCullough and I have been an active landlord with multiple properties that have been managed by Robinson's. For the full duration of using Robinsons, I can easily say that I have full confidence that my priorities and tenants are being looked after. I was first a little skeptical to having Robinson's manage my properties as they are a small firm, but I can confirm that they have managed them better than any of the other high end estate agents that I have used in the past. Jordan and Mark have been outstanding, and although they are extremely busy, I know that my phone call, email or general query will be sorted as soon as they can, which I appreciate as they are a small firm with many tenants & landlords to attend to (knowing that I'm not the only one with many questions for them to answer!). I recommend Robinson's to all landlords or tenants in the local area.

I had a viewing with a chap called Michael on a property that was for let in Dunstable for my daughter who is looking to move into a place of her own. Credit is due, he was punctual, polite and we were both left quite happy with the house and general service from this gentleman.
