With Home Sweet Home, sellers can choose to sell their property using the traditional method of estate agency, whereby you pay us a % based commission at the end of the process, after your sale has completed. When you instruct Home Sweet Home there is NO contract to sign, no lengthy tie-in period (which is nice to know) and you only every pay us after your sale has completed.
EPC's

For Sales and Rental Properties, we can also organise your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for just 77 with no VAT. The EPC must be done within the first 28 days of marketing. An EPC is then valid for 10 years. The Energy Rating will be shown as part of our advertising on all the websites, sales particulars and our lettings window display. The APR is a compound interest rate figure used to compare different mortgages. Defined by law, it includes repayments on the loan plus any mortgage related fees such as booking, arrangement or basic valuation fees. The APR shows the true cost of borrowing over the entire term and should appear on all mortgage illustrations.
