Twice now I've phoned about properties advertised on Rightmove, only to be told in a very abrupt manner 'sorry, it's sold' (over a week ago in this instance, apparently, and it's STILL not been marked as sold). I shan't bother again. It's a shame though, we are wanting to sell 3 properties also, and I'd heard good things, but being treated poorly as a buyer has lost them my business as a seller.

I can't recommend Duncan Raistric enough. Right from the go they have been super helpful. They have gone above and beyond what they needed to. Always available to answer questions. They were very knowledgeable with how solicitors operate and were able to offer us advice too. Very professional and always kept us in the loop. Steve in particular has assisted every step of the way! Definitely recommend.

They seem either completely unorganised or something fishy is happening. We have enquired about a property they have been advertising as up for sale from april 2020 until dec 2020 ( lomond avenue) but they say it's under offer each time, we have also phoned about 2 other properties and both times told they are not actually available anymore whilst still up on the web sites. Edit* Called today again about a property advertised as for sale and told it sold a month ago, so stand by my original statement either so unorganised they can't mark a property as sold or something odd is going on
