Whilst managing a busy estate agents in Chorlton Manchester, David Gaster, the managing director of David Andrews, became frustrated at not having the resources available, to give the level of service he thought was possible. The way forward was to open a new agency, situated on the borders of Old Trafford, Whalley Range and Chorlton.
