Paul Lee is the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful letting agent I have come across. He treated me fairly, with respect and assisted me to find the right property. I have rented in London for years and have suffered through the typical estate agents where I felt like just another statistic and merely a source of income. With Paul Lee it was a very different experience, where he took the time to explain both my rights and my obligations to me in plain English.

He had real in-depth knowledge and experience of the area and was openly willing to share this knowledge with me which really helped me to find the right property. He does this at ease and in a friendly yet professional manner which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend him.

There is a reason there isn't a single review for Paul Lee & Company below five stars - they are incredible! We recently moved to London and were very nervous about finding an apartment to let. Paul made the whole experience very easy for us. Throughout the process, he was informative and compassionate. The most impressive part of the process was when we were torn between two flats and he held them for both of us until we were able to decide which one we wanted.

It was very clear that the priority for them was to help us find the perfect flat, not to make a quick and easy sale. Consequently, we are now matched with a flat we absolutely love. I honestly cannot imagine a better experience working with a letting company.

I would definitely recommend Paul Lee & Lettings. A perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Great insight / knowledge of the local area which is a huge bonus for those new to Primrose Hill and wanting to get to know the area a little better. Top notch customer service; responsive to all forms of communication. Personally, I wouldn't use any other agents - and I haven't.

I have rented out my home in Primrose Hill whilst living abroad for the last 14 years. Throughout that period Paul and Lisa have provided an excellent management service geared around being highly responsive to any issues that come up, ensuring happy tenants and a happy landlord. Paul always provides clear information and explanations to both tenants and the landlord, thereby avoiding misunderstandings and surprises. Having confidence in the managing agent is even more important when one is living overseas, I would highly recommend Paul Lee and Co for a very high quality management service.

This is the place to go if you are looking to rent a place in Primrose Hill. Paul is an expert on this area. He quickly understood our requirements and found us a property that was perfect. He has long term personal relationships with numerous landlords in the area and he knows everything! Our experience with Paul Lee and Co felt more like checking into a five star hotel than undertaking the arduous task of moving home.

The whole process was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. There's no need to go with the big agents and there huge fees in Primrose Hill. Go with an honest personable family agent like Paul Lee and Co. They are excellent.
