Rented for the first time with Baker Estates Hainault and what a lovely experience it has been. The flat we moved in to was clean to start with and well maintained. Throughout the duration of our tenancy the team was very friendly and professional. We are now moving for work purposes (very sad), but we hope to work with Baker Estates Hainault in the near future when we take out a mortgage. How refreshing! An estate agents that tells it the way it is! Honest and up front.love it! So much better than all the nonsense the others tell you, just to get your business.
