Selling my flat turned out to be a much longer and much more painful journey that I had first expected. After having tried (unsuccessfully) to sell via two other local estate agents, I definitely appreciated the McRae's team and their approach even more. In comparison, they were an absolute delight to work with and did everything they said they were going to do. Professional and knowledgeable but also, warm and friendly.
I appreciated the personal approach, which is something you tend to get more with smaller independent companies. Also, fiercely dedicated to help get the sale through - Lisa Fox was great. As was Barbara, Jess and Craig. A strong team, indeed. Thanks for all of your help.

Really great service, highly recommend. McRae's is by far the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with. We completed during a pandemic and even with those obstacles we felt looked after but most importantly they were always honest and upfront while being positive and focused on getting through our significant issues.
