We rented a flat with Regal Estates for around 3 years and Megan Wright (our property manager) has been exemplary in her role. Megan always responded to our questions or concerns promptly and had our interests (as renters) as her utmost priority. This was especially appreciated when we ultimately decided to move properties. We'd recommend anyone renting from Regal Estates to ask for Megan!

I contacted Regal Estates to rent a property in Canterbury. Megan got back to me very quickly via email and phone call and gave me all the information I needed as well as swiftly booking in a viewing for me. Throughout the entire process Megan has been extremely helpful, from the first phone call to signing the tenancy agreement. I couldn't recommend Megan, Max and Regal Estates any more!

Canterbury Regal branch have always been fantastic in their services offered, particularly helpful and excellent in their communications especially Charlotte Thomas. Regal Estates Canterbury have managed our residential investment property for over 8 years and as we live overseas it has given us peace of mind to know that the property is being looked after. Charlotte T responds to any issues or queries from us or from our tenants in a very timely and efficient manner and sorts out any problems very quickly. New tenants are secured quickly at the end of a tenancy and Charlotte ensures any maintenance requirements are dealt with and we are told about any new legal compliance requirements. We are very happy with Charlotte T and Regal Estates looking after our property.
