I was letting a flat from them for more than 3 years and never had a complain with their property management. They always kept me up to date on the upcoming tenancy renewals, other appointments (example boiler service, safety checks). The entire moving in and moving out process was very smooth and I felt valued throughout my stay. Whitleys really are the best at what they do. From the moment Mary-Joy valued my parents house to the day of completion Mary-Joy made you feel like you were her number one priority. We were kept informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble for Mary-Joy, including phone calls and emails in the evening and even on her days off. Mary-Joy really was a joy, with her upbeat attitude and total professionalism.
