I recently had to sell a house in the Carmarthen area due to a death in the family and was recommended Gerald Vaughan by my solicitor due to their excellent customer service. It turned out to be a great decision. I live in England and heavily relied on Gerald and his team to keep the sale moving along and they continuously went above and beyond. Gerald himself has a fantastic knowledge of the area and his team were always helpful, polite and very friendly.
I can't recommend them enough. I have bought/sold a house three times before this and I wish my estate agent at the time had provided me a service as good as this. It really was that good. I wish you all the success in the future Gerald. Fantastic stuff.

Excellent estate agent. The online viewing software is brilliant. The staff are quick to respond to any emails and queries. The agent we had showing us around the property was knowledgeable and we didn't feel at all rushed. Compared to other agents we've had the misfortune of meeting these guys are absolutely superb!

Called Saturday morning to book a viewing for a property recently put on the market. We were told that NO viewings are going ahead yet (due to personal reasons of the seller)and we will be sent a virtual tour via email. Popped down to the property later that afternoon for a noisy at the area and was surprised to see viewings actually going ahead. Spoke to the estate agent onsite and she said viewings had been carried out the day before also!
This doesn't set much trust as a buyer with the conflicting info. Also due to the layout of the property it would be very hard to purchase with a mortgage, I think this should be made clear in the advertisement.

This firm is well thought of in Carmarthenshire. I can now see why. The utmost professional care and courtesy at all stages. Feedback from all viewings and actively 'selling' your house. I couldn't ask for more. It sets the tone when the owner comes out to speak to you and photograph the house, despite having a huge portfolio he 'knows' every one of the properties that his firm represents.
