Ten years ago there were 200 people living in the City compared to over 9000 today and a projected 2000 in the next ten years. There were 5 developments completed compared to 120 today. It took until 1998 for Angel Properties to be the first developer outside the North to venture into the City and refurbish Ten apartments on Canal Street. There after it took until the end of 1999 for Opstrat and Albany Homes to develop The Grand and Stonebridge House.
