I am vey impressed with the service at Karl Tatler. Having met Joe at the property, he was professional and honest and I really liked his strategy for the sale of the property. I was allocated Ashleigh to guide me through the viewings and offers. She rang me every day and kept me up-to-date. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I received an offer 5k over the asking price a week later. Just waiting for it all to go through. Thanks guys you have reinstated my faith in Estate Agents!

From the 1st phone call to arrange a valuation, the service has been brilliant. Ed came out the following day to value the property. Then the next day Josh came out to take the pictures and measure up. Amy has always been on the end of the phone keeping us updated, within the space of a week we have accepted an offer on our property, can't recommend highly enough so far.

I received very good service from Karl Tatler Estate Agents. I found them to be very professional and effective, all questions were readily and promptly answered and nothing was too much trouble. In my case, the family home was sold after the death of my Father, so it was a very emotional journey which was also taken into consideration by the Team, as they always had a sympathetic ear.at the ready. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Karl Tatler for the sale of their property.

Birkenhead & Wirral branches. From the beginning the viewing agents had a good grasp of the kind of property and area I would be interested in and were always polite and helpful. With great communication when arranging viewings for me. As a whole all of the staff have been extremely helpful including Lesley who did the follow up of the sale. Karl Tatler have been professional and helpful throughout.

With the property market booming at the moment it would be easy to get carried away and think you could sell your house quickly and for a huge price with little effort. It's not that simple. The team here where brilliant from day 1 and provided open and honest advice and walked me through what would be a realistic price to sell if I wanted a quick sale. Their valuation was fair and comparative with others and pitched for a quick sale.

As it was an older empty property that needed some TLC, Joe pointed out some things I could do to increase the appeal that wouldn't break the bank. All in all the service and advice was top notch and I would highly recommend Tatlers.
