I have used this agency in Holmfirth on several occasions, both as a vendor and purchaser. Rob and team are the absolute go-to Agency as far as I am concerned, due to the quality of advice and attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely care about my property needs and provided great insight in to the market. Although I was a buyer - not a seller - of a WM Sykes property, their service was amazing at every moment. Kay was amazing throughout the whole process and went over and above what she had to do to ensure a smooth sale (despite it being within a long chain). Would definitely recommend.

Really horrible underhanded behaviour from WMsykes @Slaithwaite. I first sent a couple of emails regarding a property and copied myself in on all emails to make sure the old trick of (we never received your email) and I had a response the first time when I wanted to make an offer! But was completely ignored because they wanted to please a developer who more than likely paid less. I'm sure I will get a miserable excuse but when you treat a genuine cash buyer like trash then you show your true colours! I had property to sell and would never trust them as they treat potential buyers horribly and don't realise that they affect people's life's and selling to friends is poor behaviour.
