We have just brought our first home! As you know this is such a stressful time for anyone buying a home, but I can't recommend the staff at Sudbury's enough! They always kept me in the loop with any updates that we had along the way, and they also recommended us to the solicitors in the same town and the mortgage adviser who was just across the road from them. Excellent staff, friendly and understanding

Sudburys have recently let one of my rental properties. They found a tenant very quickly, all references and checks were carried out and the new tenant moved in just a week after the previous tenants moved out. Everything ran very smoothly with Paul and his team who dealt with everything very efficiently. Great service and highly recommended.

Very very good team. Paul was excellent and understanding, I went to war with NatWest when they reduced my overdraft in 2009 and bankrupted my business. I won the battles but lost the war as they decimated my credit Paul, Alison and Wendy looked over that and could see we were good people looking for a break! and just simple looked at our financials and gave us the keys Thank you Sudbury's. good on ya! I just wanted to leave a review following my experiences of Sudburys in their capacity as a letting agent. My property became vacant at the end of March during lockdown, which was clearly not desirable. I can assure the NHS worker that the office was not "open" as contact with the company was via mobiles. Paul and Co helped as much as they could and visited the empty property during lockdown to update photos as the property had been decorated.

As soon as he was able he had potential tenants lined up to view and the property has subsequently been let. They also dealt with the sale of my late Mother's property in a swift, kind and professional manner at a very stressful time. I would recommend Paul, Wendy, Richard and Alison to anybody who is looking to use a local firm (not a big national) providing a professional service.
