We are in the process of buying a property through Hellards. Right from the start we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. For us, Rosanna in particular, was ( and still is!) very cheerful and positive, and worked very hard to secure us the house we wanted, professionally resolving one or two difficulties we encountered along the way. In my experience (over several years) the Hellard's team consistently deliver in helping landlords realise the potential of their rental property, crucially finding the right tenant for the property. They provide a professional appraisal of the market and property as well as a friendly progression from tenant interest, through informed viewings, to the handing over of the keys to the selected tenant.
