We were established in 1992 by the amalgamation of two long standing legal firms serving Mid and Upper Nithsdale. In the summer of 2000 we opened our Dumfries office and now cover the whole of the Nithsdale District. Having used Pollock & McLean to purchase a property during lockdown, I would highly recommend both the Solicitors and Sharon Fyall for any property purchase. The transaction was smooth, pleasant and stress free.

Kenneth McLean lives locally and has been providing legal services to clients in the region for over 48 years. In 2011 the firm grew with the acquisition of the long established legal firm of Whitelaw, Edgar & Baldwin.
