Our lettings story began in 1974 when Roy and Peter opened their first Estate Agency eventually moving to focus solely on lettings in 1983 when Peter retired. Our early focus on the rental sector has allowed Roy Peters property management to significantly grow into the renowned business it is today.

Letting your property is a big decision. For all properties there are safety standard regulations you must adhere to. Should any item become unfit for purpose during a tenancy please bear in mind a like for like replacement may be required. It is also important to note if you are offering furnished accommodation you will need additional insurance to cover your contents.
