We bought our house through Scargill Mann and Mary Johnson-Evans was fantastic throughout. There was no issue we had that she couldn't find a solution to. She always answered my calls with enthusiasm which made a difference because I called a lot! She never seemed to have a problem with it and she was happy to help at all times. Honestly, I can't thank Mary enough for all her help. Mary, you're an absolute star and you were the key part to the successful completion on the house.

Amazing experience with Scargill Mann and Company who could help me have my first house sorted out in Derby - so smoothly with taking care of everything required to move hassle free in to the property. All the staff are very supportive and sweet - prompt in response. I must say Holly Edmund was one of best letting agent among all other from different letting companies whom I connected during my house search.

I did not anticipate it will be so nicely done for me especially when I was new to the country with no letting experience. Thank you Scargill Mann Team. I will definitely going to connect you guys for my next move.

My mummy placed her flat into the hands of Scargill Mann over three years ago and she tells me that the quality of tenants has been nothing other than 'a touch above excellent'. As with all lettings, the odd thing goes wrong but it's the speed that matters are resolved is what counts and Andrew's support staff in the office are all well above average. So much so that my daddy put his house into their hands too and it all went as smooth as my Black Lab coat.

Awful service from the lettings department. This was a 3 week saga. As a prospective tenant I had to chase and chase some more. Was once advised there was no record of me even after 2 conversations with 2 different agents. Was constantly advised that the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and would call me back. Only once did I get a call back. 8 calls from me.1 callback. 6 days had passed and I had to call only to be advised the property had been let to someone else. There can be no excuses. Thoroughly unprofessional service. I hope that they landlord doesn't receive the same. I also hope that management takes my review seriously.
