So glad I chose perry bishop as the estate agent for my sale after meeting a few agents it was Lucy from perry bishop who was so friendly and helpful and just generally gave the company a great first impression so I decided to go with them. As it's a shared ownership property it's a bit more complicated than a standard sale and Jade from perry bishop really helped at being a go between for myself, the buyer, solicitor's and the management company. Jade did so much chasing for me and on the day our RICS valuation expired she chased to make sure the buyer delivered his documents in time for exchange.we exchanged at 4:30pm! I don't think anything would have been as smooth if we'd have gone with another agent!

Perry Bishop have provided excellent service with the sale of my property. With two estate agents failing before I signed up with them, they got everything going extremely quickly. Most importantly, they know the local market - and I think that's what set them apart from my previous agents! They help you fix things that might improve the value of your property and will be there any time you need them!

I am so thankful to Perry Bishop to finally making the sale of my house a process as smooth and quick as can be. Particularly, special Thanks to Jade Allen, Robyn Niblett, Lucy Hill and Gerry Millington - you guys have been superb!

If only all estate agents were like Perry Bishop. Maggie (sales) was very helpful during the purchase negotiation, which I ended up having to do twice due to losing my own buyer. Mark (sales progression) was extremely good throughout the whole ten-month process. He worked very hard right through the chain over a prolonged period to keep things on track and frequently managed to obtain information and updates that nobody else could. If I ever sell my new house, I will know who to call.

Good humoured, on the ball and very courteous. While the house took a while to sell, Perry Bishop were good at communicating and when it came to progressing the sale were very proactive and focused. Even with issues in the chain, they kept the sale in progress and finally completed. Would happily recommend.

I purchased my new home from Perry Bishop Faringdon and must say the experience was excellent. The support they offered was 10/10 with weekly phone calls and help along the way. I just wish I could have said the same of my Estate Agent. If I ever needed to sell I know who I would use. Excellent old fashioned service
