Couldn't recommend these guys enough, I approached them for a rental property and dealt with Sadie. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and managed to get everything sorted so quickly. Even though I was a bit of a challenging client at times Sadie couldn't do enough for me. Had a very positive experience renting a property through Richard James. The company are professional, respond to queries as promised and are on time in keeping appointments. Ellis-Rose Wigley in particular was incredibly responsive, helpful and competent in enabling me to secure my rental even with specific needs (international renter first time renting in UK and a pet). Very reassuring and prompt to deal with!
