My partner and I rented a lovely flat in Newbury, Shaw Mill for a few years prior to our house purchase. From the start, Amy was welcoming and communicate with us regularly regarding move in dates and getting they keys. The flat was spacious and lovely, and well maintained.
There were a couple of usual issues you'd expect when living somewhere, but I was able to contact Amy easily and she would have someone out usually within a day or two to rectify the problem.
The rents were fair and during our stay, we felt well looked after and were made to feel like we had a home with very little input apart from if there were any issues. We were allowed to have a cat and this added to us feeling like the home was ours.
Overall, Amy and Scott were a pleasure to deal with and we only left the flat as we were purchasing our first home. Highly recommended and if we ever were looking for a rental in the future, Cricketts would be the first place we would consider.

Fantastic support from the whole team who supported us through ensuring we had the required gas - electric - building approval certificates. A professional team from start to finish. We are retired and living in a rented flat for a temporary period whilst our house is ready. This is our first time in rented accommodation and were a little nervous, but we had no need to be the flat was clean and ready for us to move in and we were made very welcome. As with any property there were little niggles but as we identified them, they were sorted immediately with no fuse.

We would highly recommend Kathleen and the team at Cricketts. In our experience they offer an unparalleled service. Amy and Sandie were fantastic at welcoming and showing prospective buyers round our property while ensuring viewings were conducted in such a way to keep our family safe from COVID. While some estate agents might pass you to a team to progress the sale we were given a much more personal experience. Kathleen herself expertly managed our sale and purchase through to a successful completion, navigating many hurdles along the way, keeping us fully involved at all times (day and night).
