Landlord Fees

A basic service of the introduction of a tenant acceptable to the client is provided for a fee of 10% plus VAT (i.e., 12% inclusive of VAT at the currently prevailing rate) or 15% plus VAT (18% inc. VAT when tenancies are for three months or less, of the gross rental payable during the resulting tenancy.
