I've been renting a flat with this agency for almost 3 years and during this time I've never had any problems. Any faults with stuff around the house have been solved in 1-2 day with no headache. I have been a tenant through Pearce & Co for over 23months. All of the team are so caring, prompt and professional. They made my journey for renting so much more pleasant. Nothing has ever been too much for them. They are so accommodating and actual listen and care. They are the only agents who send you regular updates when offices close during national holiday times. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend them. Corinna & Carolyne are particularly fantastic but the whole team have been wonderful. I hope I get to have them as agents again in the future.
