I decided to try WT Parker after feeling rather let down by another agent. What a revelation! Not only did they actually do what we agreed, it was done professionally, efficiently, and precisely. I was selling a farm of approximately 110 acres plus buildings. They came up with a plan, stuck to the agreed plan, and it worked perfectly. They had customers on their books waiting to view the various lots before we had even signed the contract. Communication was fantastic, and we had accepted offers in no time. I cannot recommend enough. I would give a 6 star review if I could.
