Jon is excellent. All of my renting experiences so far have been a complete nightmare but Jon was a complete delight to have as a landlord. The house was in perfect condition and the boiler even had a plan with British Gas so an engineer came out the same day. Literally five minutes after I had emailed Jon, he replied to say that he had already organised for the engineer to come out. He never hassled me or intruded, not even with viewings when I was moving out, he was extremely flexible throughout and did not charge me for anything when I left. He was extremely helpful, offering to spray the weeds and fit curtain poles. It was a breath of fresh air. Previously my landlords have forced me to allow viewings without even warning me beforehand, entered my property without permission, left six inches of water in the basement for years, left me literally locked in my room, and locked me into six month contracts. Not Jon.

I've rented a lovely property that was affordable and well kept. Sharpe Properties were very respectful during my four years in the property. Responding quickly to a couple of issues that needed addressing during that time. I found them to be professional and allowed me to live in peace. I would rent from them again 100%

BE WARNED! Never answer calls. Finally got through arranged a viewing. Never showed up no call and no one picking up. Stay away! Bunch of clowns!

Arranged viewing in a property for a week's time as it was still occupied. Next day, phone call and property gone. Spoke to both a male and female on phone and both were very unprofessional and no idea what was going on. Definitely put me off.

Very poor. we arranged the viewing which then turned out to be a double viewing. once inside the property the man showing us around barely acknowledged only speaking to the other woman. he then asked her if she was interested and she said yes and we said we was too. at this point he said he only had one application and she asked first. very poor.
