We have rented first time with this agency. As we have had previous experience renting with other agencies, I would say this is the best letting agency. Nice and responsive staff (Jennifer and Luca). The furniture has been at the door for 5 months and no one calls the cancel service to pick it up. My shower was broken. They took 1 month to come and fix it. in fin 50% good
