Critical: Value They are everything that gives estate agents a bad name, started off well but as soon as things weren't progressing as fast as they liked, it soon became apparent we were an inconvenience to them. Don't want to do much work for their money but very happy to take it all the same!

Our experience was extremely pleasant. It wasn't the simplest of tasks due to specific dates required to sell our existing home and purchase our new home (also via James Millard), as well as meeting the Stamp Duty deadline. However, they made our experience pleasant through their proactive approach and professional manner. We have been left to feel that we are more than just a client/customer, pre and post our sale and purchase. We are grateful for all the efforts made and wish all the members the very best.

Heavily pregnant and moving house - recipe for disaster! But from start to finish James Millard went above and beyond for us. We had multiple properties we tried to purchase that fell through for a variety of reasons, the agents at Millard couldn't have done anything else to help us they really went the extra mile. I would sell every property through the wonderful ladies at James Millard, it was a great experience!
