Worst agency ever, by far.to bad I cannot give them half a star. DO NOT Use this agency if u are planning to rent.i wanted to move in a flat.everything was ok, she told us that it's 100% ours.then they called me and told me that the lanllord has this polish guy that it's looking for tenants, and he promise the flat to someone else(this after I paid 250 to make sure it s mine).so they told me this story.now.the tenant who was living in the flat that i wanted to move in, was a friend of mine.they told him that i m not interested in the flat anymore . I am writing this message just to be sure that nobody will get trough this.

Martins Estates is a long standing family run business that have everything property related all under one roof and have always gone above and beyond for me. Having sold my first property through them, I also bought my first investment property that is currently being rent out by the lettings team. They have always gone above and beyond for me and would never recommend anyone else, especially not the nationals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
