Not to be trusted These idiots arranged for me to travel from the West Midlands to view a property. They didn't bother to inform me that there were six viewings arranged 5 days before I had my viewing. I arranged to travel on the day before my viewing because of the distances involved. Had I been told there were 6 viewings before the date I was arranged to visit, there is no way I would have made any arrangements until i was sure the property was not under offer.
As a result after I have paid for a hotel, they have cancelled my viewing because, you guessed it, the property has sold. So I have lost 200 in hotel bookings. Furthermore, I had emailed this place 3 times about the property. NO RESPONSE. Useless in every way imaginable. Do Not Trust These people.
