We have recently purchased a new build house on the Nansledan development. This was after a number of potential house purchases that ended up in a sealed bid scenario in which frustratingly ended up with someone else paying higher than us and getting the house. We then saw an advertisement for a new build house being built by C G Fry on the Nansledan development. Marcus Shelton who heads the sales for both David Ball Agencies and C G Fry at Nansledan assured us that the price was fixed and was very informative.
He made the buying process very easy and pleasurable. We got to see the progress of the build on a fairly regular basis and we were happy with the kitchen, floor and wall finishes that were available. Thank you very much Marcus.
