Spence Willard, Freshwater, have sold two properties for me. The most professional Agents I have used - they take their time to ensure details are correct, talk through aspects of the home that would appeal to potential buyers and go into the finer details to present your property in a true and positive image. Have also purchased through Spence Willard, again excellent service being able to answer all questions without having to contact the seller on the basic issues. quick to put offers forward and responding in a timely manner. Always return phone calls promptly and basically just the best. particular mention for Jane - she IS the best.

Critical: Professionalism They allow gazumping. Had an offer accepted but they left the property on the market (despite request to remove it). Told us via a short email that our offer/agreement was now not acceptable to the seller. No apologies. Poor communication overall. Would never use them to sell or buy a property based on what we have experienced so far.

The only eatate agent on the island (and possibly anywhere in the UK) who actually listens to you, noting your actual, personal requirements and only sends you details of those properties. It's not difficult but only if you dont rely on a (terrible) CRM system and remember that the person who walks through the door is a real person and not a tickbox in a database. Would highly recommend.
