Fantastic and professional agent. - 10/10 points. i have been hunting for a suitable place since January this year. I couldn't find one and of all the agents i have met and spoken over the phone, RPS is the best. I really want to thank Mr. Mohammed Butt very specially for his extreme professional way of handling my case. I was baffled by his expertise and knowledge. Also he was very humble, understanding, transparent and sincere in all his dealings.

I really appreciate his efforts in securing me and my family a beautiful place which is very convenient for me by all means. RPS worked very hard to sell our late father's property, overcoming numerous challenges and providing a comprehensive service that included organising every aspect of a decorating and greneral 'sprucing up' of the property that made it far more attractive to clients. Danielle and Bryony were positive throughout the whole process and made sure every issue was resolved as promptly as possible and all parties were kept informed on a regular basis. A big thankyou to all those involved for making a very testing time as smooth as possible under the circumstances.

We would like to thank Danielle for her hard work, excellent communication and a hug when I needed it! Sadly our sale fell through very late on but Danielle found us a new buyer within a day or so, which we was truly grateful for. Also she found us our dream home to downsize too without it even going on the market, which was amazing and meet us to view it on a Sunday afternoon, obviously her day off! I represent a Trust with a property in Lee on the Solent in their portfolio. We appointed Bryony Cole of RPS to advise on the wisdom of obtaining a change of use on part of the property and a marketing strategy of the freehold interest as a whole. She was extremely efficient, very professional and showed great energy and understanding, so we appointed her to sell the property. I used previous reviews to select a short list of agents to help me sell my Mum's bungalow in Stubbington. The RPS team responded professionally and quickly and their energy and commitment played a vital role in selecting them as our preferred agents over others who might have had more experience in dealing with this type of property. We had a number of agreed sales that failed and yet we were never waiting long before the next offer was forthcoming.

The property was obviously in need of improvement and I was pleased with RPS's integrity in not trying to paint anything other than a realistic image for potential buyers. I live some distance away and the RPS team have done a great job at keeping me informed and managing access to the property on my behalf. I have also been impressed at how well different members of the team support each other in seemingly knowing what is going on when the lead contact is out of the office.

Danielle and her team have been amazing - they sold my house so quickly, and managed the whole processes really professionally. I was so impressed with the service after getting an offer, they did letter drops to help find a new house and chased the solicitors with the sale, helping to get it through as quickly and painlessly as possible. I couldn't have asked for more. The team were so helpful in all aspects of the sale and move. I definitely recommend them.
