We can honestly say that our experience with these agents was a delight. They were professional to the highest level but with an injection of warmth, humour and dedication to the cause. Proactive to the core as these were the only agents we got real telephone calls from suggesting properties we might like rather than the bulk emails other agents sent out. They are property sellers and buyers "matchmakers"! Calls and emails were repsonded to very quickly.

Start to completion took just 7 weeks with them acting as middle men between the solicitors and giving them a friendly nudge when required. Nothing was too much trouble for Dafydd and Iwan.we dealt more with Iwan on this occasion and he was so dedicated to getting us across the winning line.giving the total customer wrap. WELL DONE to you both and a million thanks.
