Auful being a person with a disability shocking, went to sit down was told I could not sit down although their was at least 5 tables free and my wife was 4th waiting to be served. I was told under corvid it's a one way system and first come first to be seated. I was told to go back and wait in the queue by this young employee although my I needed to sit, I refused and said I would move if the free tables became busy.
I mentioned if I was feeling ill what would be the outcome he said you would be asked to join your wife in the queue. I ask to see the manager but she was the same opinion rules by Costa coffee no me. Will not be using Costa coffee in Broughton ever again shocking. Please pass on to Costa Coffee for their opinion please.
