Normally I have an awful lot of trouble with estate agents, having searched in the area for 8 months and dealt with about 40 agents in Cheshire, these were one of the few that didn't make a huge mess of such a simple task. I didn't have to pay their fees as I was buying but I will certainly use them when I move next time.
